Orders and payment
- An order is confirmed only after successful payment
- Payments are processed securely through our payment partner (Razorpay)
- We may cancel or refuse an order in case of suspected fraud, stock issues or pricing errors; any amount paid will be refunded
- Coupon codes (such as JSM10) are subject to their own conditions and validity, and cannot be exchanged for cash
Shipping, replacement and refunds
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund & Replacement Policy. A full unboxing video is required for any replacement claim.
