Where we deliver
We deliver to most PIN codes across India through our trusted courier partners.
Processing and delivery time
- Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed
- Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location
- Delivery may take longer for remote areas, during festivals, bad weather or other events outside our control
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive the courier name and tracking number. You can also see the tracking details in My Account → Orders.
Receiving your order
- Please make sure your address, PIN code and mobile number are correct when you place the order
- If the outer package looks tampered with or badly damaged, you may refuse to accept it and inform us immediately
- Record a full unboxing video when you open the package – it is required for any replacement claim (see our Refund & Replacement Policy)
Failed delivery
If a delivery fails because of a wrong address, the customer not being available, or the package being refused without a valid reason, re-shipping charges may apply.
